2009 Fellow Phil Zabriskie, who works for Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF), is moderating a web discussion at 8 p.m. EST tonight, Thursday, to respond to questions about the effectiveness of the international aid community in Haiti.
